Israel’s seventh prime minister was a unique figure among Israeli prime ministers. The film describes his life story focusing on 1991, a critical year in which his leadership was discovered that embodied his worldview and his unique and extraordinary personality: receiving huge waves of Aliya from the disintegrating Soviet Union and Ethiopia, the Gulf War and the Madrid Conference.
