Hamutal Bar-Yosef is a multi-award winning Israeli poet and novelist. Her most recent work is a historical novel, telling the multi-generational story of a Jewish family in Europe, beginning at the end of the 18^th century as the Enlightenment slowly started loosening restrictions on Jews, and ending with the Zionist dream of a Jewish state in the Land of Israel.
